About

 I have gone from a vegetarian in 2001, to eating everything now. I raise poultry and produce right now, make cheese and brew my own mead, wine, beer and cider. I also am trying to spin yarn by hand and other homesteading pursuits.

Currently I am trying to sell my house and move to land in the area. Follow along on my adventure of making my dream a reality.
